Terms of booking

Your reservation

A booking is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email. The person who books must be staying at the property. Up to 4 guests may stay; visitors beyond that need Chris's approval first.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure only by arrangement.

Cancellation

Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before. Inside 7 days the stay is non-refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

House rules

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events. Shoes off inside. A noise monitor measures volume (it does not record sound). Breaking these rules can end a stay without refund.

Damage

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay. Please tell Chris about anything broken so it can be fixed for the next guest.

Taxes

Prices include New Hampshire Meals & Rooms (Rentals) Tax, which we collect and pay to the state.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
